Venezualan protests

According to CNN, Chavez indicated his reforms will allow local governments "more decision making power in using government funds for local projects such as paving streets and building public housing."

Meanwhile Venezualan troops used tear gas to disperse protesters today.

I'm sure that's where he was going with that Bill back in January giving him the power to rule by decree.
